LiveBall is a high-intensity, coach-fed doubles session: continuous action that sharpens positioning, patterns, and finishing while keeping your heart rate up—your coach shapes the session to the group.

What to expect

How we run LiveBall

Doubles-first, coach-fed play—your coach runs the basket and sets priorities so the room stays competitive without a fixed script.
Champions and Challengers rotate quickly; the scoring cadence is explained at the start and adjusted when it helps the group.
Expect fast cycles, clear communication with your partner, and room to adapt targets as the session unfolds.

I joined for cardio, but the biggest shift has been doubles tactics—where to stand, when to help at net, and how to close points together. My partner and I finally move as one unit.

Starting each point

First-ball priorities are set by your coach each week—targets, roles, and net rules flex with the group and the moment.

Ask questions at the huddle; house rules are reviewed when it helps new players.
Partnership cues (who takes the middle, when to help at net) stay explicit so decisions stay clean under speed.
Miss a feed or need a breather—step off, hydrate, and step back in on the next rotation.

LiveBall runs on a monthly membership with drop-in options—no quarterly session dates to track. Times and fees match Schedule & Pricing → Fitness.

Monthly membership: $150/mo·Drop-in: $50

Coach-fed hitting with purpose. High-volume point play for extra reps and competitive energy. Intermediate (3.0–4.0) and Advanced (4.0+) levels offered. Minimum 5 players to run.

On court

Call the ball, switch when you cross, and keep talking with your partner—LiveBall is doubles-first.

Hydrate when you need to; step off if something feels off. We keep the basket full and the time between points short.
